Here at Bruce Smith Saddlers, we are a family affair.

First and foremost as lifelong riders, we know horses. Understanding the horse, the rider and the important mechanics behind making the best possible saddle forms our passion driven approach to design and manufacturing. Our saddles are built to the traditional standards of the craft with hand tools and techniques passed down over centuries, whilst also utilising industry leading technologies and modern materials, blending tradition with design evolution.

Our team of master saddlers, Bruce, Adrian and Mark, each specialise in their own individual discipline. Our Equestrian Line is built by Bruce, our Stock Saddles by Adrian and our Westerns by Mark, each saddler with their own unique approach and design philosophy, always crafted to the highest quality standard.

Our Cranbourne shopfront features not only an extensive product line thanks to our partnership with Saddleworld, but also is where the start-to-finish production of our saddles occurs in our open to public workshop. Alongside our own saddles, we sell both new and refurbished saddles from all leading manufacturers, stock a huge variety of tack and riding equipment, offer repair and fitting services and provide friendly, knowledgeable advice. If you need it, we have it.
